Can Claude actually fetch Zillow and Redfin listings?
Yes — Claude with web search enabled (Claude Pro, $20/mo) can fetch and analyze individual listing pages from a URL. You paste the URLs, Claude fetches each one, and outputs an analysis. It doesn't crawl automatically, but for 5–10 listings at a time it works extremely well as a curated buyer research tool. The workbook shows you exactly how to set this up and use it with your buyers.
Is this Fair Housing compliant?
Every prompt in the workbook is written with Fair Housing compliance in mind — no references to demographics, schools as proximity-only, neighborhood characteristics that imply preferred buyer types, or protected class language. The workbook also includes specific compliance notes for the prompts where it matters most, like listing descriptions and buyer research. Always review AI output before publishing and consult your brokerage's compliance guidelines.
I'm already using ChatGPT. Why would I switch to Claude?
You don't have to switch — these prompts work with Claude specifically because of how it handles long-form writing and web fetching, but many of the frameworks adapt to ChatGPT with minor adjustments. That said, the Zillow/Redfin analysis workflow and the listing description quality are noticeably stronger in Claude for this type of content. The workbook is Claude-native.
How long does it take to see results?
Most agents run their first listing description during the session and immediately recover 30–40 minutes. The buyer research workflow typically impresses the first client who receives it. The lead follow-up sequences take a week to set up but run largely on their own after that. The compounding effect — more follow-up, better listings, stronger client communication — builds over 30–60 days.
What if it doesn't work for my market?
